Mathematics

At Osbornes Flat Primary School we promote excellence and engagement in Mathematics. 

To achieve this and to develop a deep understanding we provide rich learning experiences every day that:

• Foster a love of mathematics
• Cater for individual differences
• Monitor and assess individual progress
• Provide classroom cultures where the students are encouraged and rewarded to take risks and experiment
• Provide students with comprehensive and up to date resources and concrete materials
• Are stimulating and relevant to real life

Students also have access to a range of online programs to support their understanding of mathematical concepts. These are included in the students school fees each year.
